I'm going to hire you to run my business its a Million dollors in the red and nobody wants to buy from you, you know in 4 to 5 years you can have the business running perfect including making tons of money for you and me. I say ok, I will give you all the time in the world and sign you to a 7 year deal, sweet you think. Then after 3 years I say nope you didn't get the job done your fired. You weren't very good you suck at the job. Even if you last job you won tons of rewards and I hired you.
Todd is a hell of a coach and will be seeing you in the NCAA soon and winning. The rest of the Hawkeye nation, if you Don't pay Millions for a coach like Drew from Baylor we will all see you in three more years after you fire your coach again.
